Champions League bets predictions

champions league bets predictions

The last 16 fixtures are upon us and it’s where the Champions League really heats up!

Predictions in the group stages were ok this season as Over 2.5 goals was a frequent winner in most game weeks. Looking ahead to the fixture list it’s possible that this trait may continue as the worlds best teams and players are hoping to carry their form in to the knock out stage.

Looking at the betting odds for the eventual winner, it’s Barcelona that now take favouritism at just 9/4. Bookies trimmed Barca’s price right in after their away victory at Man Utd.

Juventus and Man City sit in joint second with odds of 10/3. Juventus look like they will be progressing but City need to come from a 1 nil deficit if they are going to progress to the semi finals. Pep doesn’t have the best record either at this stage but the Man City quadruple is still alive!

If we are looking for a bit of value then Spurs at 12/1 might look a huge price if they hold off Man City. And at 25/1 you can some action with Man Utd. They pulled off the unthinkable against PSG in the last round, can they do it again at the Nou Camp. I think they have got it in them if Ole can fire them up.

About Jon

I've made What Acca to try and help people starting out with accumulator betting. The possibilities of these types of bets are pretty much endless, with the major attraction coming from the fact that a lot of money can be won for very little outlay. What Acca will hopefully teach you how to make more profitable accumulator bets whilst also eradicating some of the mistakes that I have made over the years.
