My Acca Tips
Each time I fancy an acca bet I email out to all you subscribers and direct you straight to this exclusive page where you can see what I have selected. I normally find a good acca bet around 2-3 times per week, depending on the fixtures.
The guides on whatacca.com explain the theory around my betting patterns and it has seen me well for a good few years. I’m happy to share these as I love helping others find a winning bet as it’s not easy. There is over 10,000 subscribers right now and growing daily as well as you so we are a real community of accumulator bettors.
Football Acca Tips Today
I cover all large fixture days with a football acca tip. I find that success comes from a large amount of fixtures so I can carefully select the best value bets.
9 times out of 10 I will have 5 selections in my football acca tip and minimum odds will come out at 10/1. Sometimes my acca has produced odds of 60/1!

How to Place a Winning Football Acca
Betting customers love placing a football accumulator and we recommend this if you’re looking to try and land a big return from a relatively small stake. This is also a really fun type of bet considering that you can go through a football betting coupon and pick out the different selections that appeal to you most at the odds.
With a footy acca, you generally need all the selections in your multiple bet to win and the odds of each selection are multiplied together to give you accumulator odds. You can then choose a stake which will multiply with the acca price and that effectively represents your potential return.
What Are the Best Football Acca Betting Markets?
I like a number of betting markets for my football acca and these include the following:
- Full-Time Result
- Over / Under 2.5 Goals
- Both Teams to Score
- Asian Handicap
- Over / Under Corners
- Over / Under Bookings
While the Full-Time Result betting market is highly popular for football accumulators, you have to bear in mind that this is a three-way betting market, so any footy acca has a selection that is going up against two other bets. For example, if I bet Manchester United to beat Everton as part of my football acca, the draw or an Everton win are against me.
The other football acca betting markets listed above are two-way markets and that means a better chance of them coming in. For example, betting over 2.5 goals as part of my accumulator needs three or more goals to be scored. The “Yes” option on the Both Teams to Score market means we need both sides to find the net.
What is the Best Odds for a Football Acca?
We’ve all got friends who likes to go crazy and put together a football acca at odds of 50/1. This might include ten different selections that look good on paper although this is clearly a risky betting approach and we would recommend a smaller number of selections and a shorter-priced multiple bet.
I tend to go for a football accumulator with around five selections and they could focus on any of the above football betting markets. I generally like my footy acca odds to be around 15/1 as this not only provides a decent potential return for us, it also has a realistic chance of winning on a regular basis.
You might choose to play things safer and put together an acca with three or four selections, while you could also go for odds of 5/1 rather than 10/1 if you’re prepared to stake a bigger amount and want a less-risky bet.
How to Claim a Football Acca Bonus
There are some brilliant bookmakers out there when it comes to placing a football acca and also generating a bonus which is added to your winnings. It might seem crazy that a bookie is prepared to give you extra cash if you back a winner, although I’m not going to look a gift horse in the mouth and bet365 have Accumulator Bonuses which can be as big as a 70% bonus added on top of your winning selections.
Starting with a 5% acca bonus on top of winning three-folds, you can enjoy a 10% bonus on winning four-folds and 12% extra when you strike a winning five-fold. This is our preferred type of bet and I’m always happy to enjoy an interest rate of 12% should I place a football acca which involves selections on the Full-Time Result betting market.
Should you aim to be the hero and want to back a winning 14-fold on competitions such as the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Champions League, there could be a 70% bonus in the offing.
Get Money Back on Losing Football Accas
It might also seem ludicrous that a bookmaker will give you money back when you strike a losing football acca, although the plain truth is that the majority of operators will give you a chance to get your money back either as cold hard cash or as a free bet.
When you place a football accumulator on certain leagues, there’s the opportunity to get a money back special should one leg let you down. This generally requires your football acca to have a certain number of legs and each selection might need to have minimum odds, although it’s great to have money back should your footy acca hit the post.
Can I Cash Out My Football Acca?
The short answer is yes, providing that the selections that form part of your acca are eligible for Cash Out. You have zero problems if you’re doing a football acca featuring different teams to win, while the same applies with an Over/Under 2.5 Goals accumulator or a multiple bet that focuses on the Both Teams to Score betting market.
Cash Out can be a fantastic way to come out of your football acca, especially if you’re staring at a big profit and don’t feel too confident about your remaining selections. It’s especially tempting to Cash Out when you get closer to winning a large amount and have just one leg of your football acca remaining.
Bear in mind that several bookies such as bet365 also have Partial Cash Out available. This involves taking some money out of your football accumulator bet but leaving the rest to ride on your original acca. Use the slider functionality and decide whether you want to take this option. There is always the opportunity to see the bet out until the end!
Get Football Acca Free Bets with the Bookies
When you first sign up with a bookmaker, there’s the opportunity to land a free bet and that usually comes when you make a first deposit and then place a first qualifying bet.
Most bookies will allow this qualifying bet to be a football acca should you want to place this type of wager, while the same applies to the free bet that you receive.
Therefore, you can essentially enjoy a free football accumulator bet when you sign up and land a bonus, with customers able to bet with risk-free cash on a multiple wager and hopefully making a winning start.
