Premier League Betting Preview & Tips – 3-5 February

After a break for the FA Cup fourth round, the action returns in the Premier League and there are lots of intriguing fixtures. We kick off with a London derby on Friday evening when Chelsea clash with Fulham. While the Saturday lunchtime encounter sees Sean Dyche take charge of Everton for the first time as they line up against title favourites Arsenal.

FRIDAY 3RD FEBRUARY

Chelsea 20:00 Fulham

A new era of sorts for Chelsea who have spent big in the January transfer window. It’s hard to work out the starting 11 for Graham Potter’s side right now and it’s also difficult to get excited about their odds-on quote for this game. However, Fulham did win the recent reverse fixture 2-1 and we think that the best approach could be to back a high-scoring clash between the sides. BEST BET: Over 2.5 Goals

SATURDAY 4TH FEBRUARY

Everton 12:30 Arsenal

It might get worse before it gets better for Sean Dyche after taking the reins at Everton. The former Burnley manager will get a baptism of fire considering that his side entertain a high-flying Arsenal side before travelling to Anfield. Anthony Gordon has been sold and there have been no new signings of note. With Arsenal hard to oppose and we think they can also nullify the Toffees. BEST BET: Arsenal + BTTS No

Aston Villa15:00 Leicester City

A Midlands derby and one where Aston Villa are strong favourites. However, Leicester City might benefit from a fit and firing James Maddison and the midfielder can help his team find the net in this game. As for the Villans, they have offloaded Danny Ings to West Ham. They are now focused on getting the ball through to Ollie Watkins, while the form of Emi Buendia has been strong.

BEST BET: BTTS Yes

Brentford 15:00 Southampton

We can’t get away from the fact that Brentford look a value bet to get the job done in this game. After all, the Bees have only lost one of their ten games at GtechStadium. They clash with a Southampton team who made a long trip to Tyneside on Tuesday night and battled gamely before losing to Newcastle. Thomas Frank’s side might be able to take full advantage. BEST BET: Brentford to win

Brighton & Hove Albion 15:00 AFC Bournemouth

Brighton are looking like one of the best teams in the Premier League these days. And they might beat Bournemouth with something to spare. Once again, the Seagulls have unearthed a gem in Kaoru Mitoma, with the Japanese winger scoring the winner against Liverpool in the FA Cup. Bournemouth are on a downward spiral and they might struggle to create chances.

BEST BET: Brighton + BTTS No

Manchester United 15:00 Crystal Palace

Manchester United now look like a consistently good bet to win football matches and not concede at Old Trafford, especially against modest opponents. The Red Devils are into the League Cup final and now face an Eagles side who might spend much of the game in their own half, with a United victory and clean sheet worth backing. BEST BET: Manchester United + BTTS No

Wolverhampton Wanderers 15:00 Liverpool

Liverpool are hard to back for any Premier League encounter right now and that’s particularly on the road. The Reds have won just two of their nine matches away from Anfield. With Jurgen Klopp having endured a struggling season and they clash with a Wolves side who matched them in two FA Cup clashes recently. We have to side with the Midlands side and the draw on our side too. Why not read about the latest Boku betting sites available to use or popular Political betting site choices.

BEST BET: Wolves or Draw

Newcastle United 17:30 West Ham United

Eddie Howe will be wanting to warn about an “after the Lord Mayor’s Show” sort of performance. With Newcastle on their way to Wembley after a midweek win over Southampton. West Ham have picked up with wins over Everton and Derby County. Although David Moyes’ side will ultimately want to keep things tight and the Newcastle defence don’t give much away. BEST BET: Under 2.5 Goals

SUNDAY 5TH FEBRUARY

Nottingham Forest 14:00 Leeds United

Nottingham Forest and Leeds United clash at the City Ground, with both sides looking for a win to boost their survival hopes. The Tricky Trees are in a good place after improving their form over the past few months, while Leeds are keeping their heads above water. BEST BET: BTTS Yes

Tottenham Hotspur 16:30 Manchester City

Tottenham clash with Manchester City and Antonio Conte’s side will be determined to get a positive result. They led 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium before succumbing to a 4-2 defeat. Although they ran a tight ship to claim a 1-0 win at Fulham. While they might struggle to stop ErlingHaaland over ninety minutes, this could be another high-scoring affair.
